By subscribing, purchasing, accessing, or using our Services in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Services
ALCRI AI LLC provides a hybrid AI automation model including:
AI voice agents & receptionist systems
AI-powered chat, lead qualification, and appointment-setting flows
CRM setup, customization, and workflow automation
Consulting, onboarding, and hands-on build-out services
Access to AI tools, dashboards, or supporting platforms
We may update, refine, modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time to ensure performance and innovation.
3. Eligibility
Use of our Services is limited to:
Individuals aged 18+, and
Business owners, entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, and registered business entities
We do not provide consumer-grade personal-use services.
4. Payment, Subscription & Trial Terms
Our Services may include monthly subscriptions, usage-based billing, setup fees, and optional add-ons.
If a free trial is offered, it may be limited by time, feature access, or usage capacity.
Trials may be revoked if misuse, fraud, or multiple sign-ups are detected.
Subscription and service fees are billed in accordance with the plan purchased.
All payments are due in full before access or delivery.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by both parties, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of:
Usage
Performance results
Business outcomes
Cancellation timing
Dissatisfaction
Changes in business status
This includes onboarding fees, subscription charges, and custom build-outs.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information and necessary access credentials
Use the Services lawfully and ethically
Maintain confidentiality over login credentials
Follow platform usage guidelines
Avoid spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal lead handling
Strictly prohibited uses include:
Misleading claims, impersonation, or deceptive marketing
Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
Use in unlicensed regulated industries without compliance (medical, legal, finance, etc.)
7. AI Output & Accuracy Disclosure
Our technology uses AI to assist with communication, task automation, and response generation. While we aim for professional accuracy, AI may produce incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unexpected results.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
You are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated responses
The Company is not liable for decisions, losses, or damages based on AI output
AI-generated responses do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice
We provide solutions, not guaranteed outcomes, revenue, or sales volume.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, automations, scripts, system designs, modules, and proprietary processes created by ALCRI AI LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless a specific written license agreement states otherwise.
Clients retain ownership of their business content, data, and branding assets supplied to the Company.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if:
Invoices are unpaid
Terms are violated
Abuse, fraud, or malicious intent is detected
The Company determines legal, ethical, or security risks
Clients may request voluntary cancellation with 30-day written notice.
Cancellation does not grant refunds.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALCRI AI LLC is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, profits, clients, or business opportunities
Software downtime, system errors, API limits, or platform bans
Damages caused by third-party tools, hosting, or integrations
Consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
Our total liability, if ever applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid within the last 60 days.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the European Union.
Disputes must first be attempted through written communication and resolution efforts.
Unresolved disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent EU courts.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically for compliance or operational reasons.
